Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIB) are foundational to our company and embedded across our programs. To spark positive change, bolster employee resiliency, and strengthen our community, we’re investing in the next generation of diverse talent, widening our candidate pools, cultivating a culture of inclusion and belonging, and meeting our employees’ diverse needs to help them develop and thrive.
Our demographics
In 2022, we increased representation of women at the company globally and in leadership roles. In the US, we also increased representation among employees from underrepresented communities. Diversity, inclusion, and belonging are a journey. We’re committed to expanding our efforts, drawing on our successes and learnings, and challenging ourselves to accelerate progress toward a more equitable world.
