Catch a showing of Top Gun or the newest Dolby-supported release in one of our screening rooms — you'll never have to buy another movie ticket. And in SF, use our largest "lab" — our 232-seat, state-of-the-art, on-site movie theater.

Employees in the U.S. get every other Friday off. That's 26+ 3-day weekends a year — enough time to learn how to bake bread, listen to Lizzo's entire discography, or watch an extra 17 episodes of a 28-minute sitcom (each week).
To empower everyone at Dolby to be co-creators of change, we look at ourselves and what we need to do to evolve our culture.
Founded in 2013, the Dolby Creator Lab seeks to inspire and educate the next generation of content creators to bring their dreams to life — in Dolby. The Creator Lab’s work focuses on enabling and supporting new voices and stories through programs designed to broaden the spectrum for content creators and support diverse artists. Now in its seventh year, the fellowship program has given direct grants to 14 films from emerging directors.
We believe that a diversity of experiences, ideas, and approaches leads to the greatest innovations.
We partner with organizations including Girls Who Code, Greene Scholars, IGNITE Worldwide, Inneract Project, Techbridge Girls, and the University of Sydney’s Women in Engineering Program to foster connections with diverse innovators and next generation talent.
Flex Work @ Dolby is our way of being intentional about how we do our best work.
We believe in enabling remote work, while still harnessing the magic of coming together in-person for collaboration, connection, and community. When COVID subsides, we expect most employees will be in the office more than zero days a week and less than five days a week. Because the future can be uncertain, we encourage our employees to experiment, iterate, and adapt Flex Work to their work and needs.
